I am interested in collaborating as a consultant/contractor with businesses of any kind. My background is in Networking, IT Infrastructure, Hardware/Software Systems, mostly in B2B. Because I am a generalist, typically a small-to-medium sized company is a good fit. I am a subject matter expert on a few areas of interest for larger organizations. Why me? Over a 35-year career, I have done a bit of everything (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Strategy) from startup hands-on to large enterprise senior leader. An Internet search for my name will product samples of thought leadership work I’ve done in the past. I have built market-defining products in operating systems, embedded systems, networking, IT infrastructure management, customer engagement. I have also led large multi-disciplinary teams (200+ FTE) as a senior leader in publicly-traded companies. I retired from corporate life after voluntarily leaving Google in Jun/2024 as a senior director (responsible for systems/platforms for user support and operations and then for the management of the contingent workforce).
