About Us
CareerZ Cast has been exploring with AI and multimedia to develop content, and it is now predominantly embodied in an Educational YouTube channel with roughly 40k subscribers, 220k views, and 2k hours of aggregate video content delivered after four months of operation. The company’s current objective is to become a sustainable channel by the end of 2025, engaging a couple of professionals, servicing at least 1 million active viewers per week. Long-term, CareerZ Cast hopes to grow outside the confines of educational materials programming on YouTube and participate in the considerably larger media market opportunity.
Call To Action
Our mission is for the workplace to become more flexible and decentralized in the years ahead, with more fluid job connections. Traditionally, companies have relied on workplace collocation to facilitate the organic transfer of culture, knowledge, expertise, and career guidance between seniority layers within the firm, which will no longer be possible. Startups will be created by post-GenZ individuals who are unfamiliar with the principles of shared workspace and company culture. There will be a tremendous financial opportunity for platforms and services to do the same through technological means.
