Prior to that, I have done Strategy and Business Development for a public company, led a business unit developing a solution for Data Center Change and Configuration Management, been a CTO for a Data Center equipment vendor, led global organizations with up to 100 people, developed and managed embedded hardware and software products, pioneered Linux and Open Source development, taught college classes in Brazil.
Networking and Data Center Technologies, Web-based software, Operating Systems, Open Source Software, Social Media, Sales and Marketing Processes and Automation are some of my areas of expertise.
I was born in Brazil, but have lived in Silicon Valley, California, since 1993. I have 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a BSEE from University of São Paulo, Brazil and extension in Project and Program Management at UC Santa Cruz.
